Err… go braves!?

Hey everyone! I really don’t have that much to blog about since I haven’t done much since my last blog. I’ve been trying to straighten up our room. Court has Tuesday and Wednesday off so if I can get all the border off of our walls, we can paint. I’ve had the paint for what seems like forever so I guess now would be a good time to use it, eh? After we paint, we can finally rearrange our room. My step-dad is going to run the cable to the other side of the room since I’m picky and that’s how I want it. I’ve mapped out how I wanted my room about ten bazillion times!! I will be glad to finally have my bookshelf back in here so all my books can come out of their boxes! I’m a book-a-holic in case you didn’t know.

Well, Saturday I finally got out of the house. Last week, my step-dad’s friend, Evie, called to tell us she had free Rome Braves tickets. She gave us 11 and coincidentally we used all of them except 1. Beth took her one-again off-again boyfriend, Shane and Keith invited his brother who brought his friend along. I swear, I think he is gay! Just the way he talks and acts screams homo.. not that there’s anything wrong with him being gay but he honestly needs to stop the straight act, it’s annoying and very unbelievable. We didn’t sit down most of the game. Court’s, Beth’s, Shane’s and my tickets were seperate from my mom and the gang. We were on a row down and the opposite end of the row from everyone else so it allowed us to have some freedom from the kiddies. We didn’t sit down most of the game though. I was hoping me and Court would be on the kiss cam, but sadly, we weren’t! Better luck next time!!

I plan on adding my cell cam to the sidebar since I have a bad habit of taking a cam picture with my cellphone everywhere I go. So look for that. I also updated most of my TCG’s and put Beth’s trading post up. That’s about it for now. I think I will go watch some TV so I can clean off the DVR! Bye ya’ll!

New Look

Hey everyone! You know what really sucks? When you have a complete post and go to publish it and something goes bizerk therefore, you lose your whole post. Grrr. Anyways, I hope you’ve noticed a few changes to the site. For one, there are no themes and won’t be until there is a stable theme switcher that doesn’t need refreshing for the current version of Wordpress I am using. Until then, I like this theme. Also, I installed a newer and better ask me script. So, be sure to stop by that page and ask me some questions! I will be adding more to this domain as well. Just give me some time. I’m also looking for link exchanges for my sidebar so if you are interested, comment and let me know.
I finally got all my grades back from school. Thankfully, I did pass all classes so I am very happy about that. Graduation, here I come! I gotta make an appointment with a photographer for my photos. I really don’t want to get any done but I’m going all out mostly for my mom. Since I was homeschooled, she didn’t get to see me graduate from high school. I made an A in my math class, C in Visual Basic, and a C in CGI/Perl. The only complaint I have is I got a 0 in Work Ethics which is unfair since the Work Ethics quiz didn’t restart so therefore I didn’t get to take it. Oh well, I’m graduating so I don’t have to deal with that crap anymore! I just hope Court will be off for my graduation. If not, he’ll call in!

Speaking of Court, we’ve been getting along quite well lately. We’ve been spending quality time watching movies together and just chatting. It’s weird because when we were fighting and going through our distant times, I missed talking to him and cuddling. I love that boy so much and I’ve come to realize he’s more than just a boyfriend, he’s my best friend and I’m his best friend. He’s one of the only people that truly get me. Bless his little heart, he’s had to deal with me asking him if my layout colors match and if everything looked okay all day until he had to go to work. I love him for that, I swear. And today, it was storming really bad and he was there to hold me and try to calm me down. I swear, cuddling solves everything! Ha.

Hey everyone! I am happy to announce that after a week of waiting, I for sure am graduating from web design. I’m just waiting to hear about microcomputer specialist since I haven’t received my grades for my Visual Basic class yet! *crosses fingers* Wish me luck! I’ll blog more later! Now I can finally work on my site as well as fix up mine and Court’s room. We need to redo our closet badly since all my clothes barely fit, never the less mine AND his! Ha! So I have plenty of summer projects to do around the house as well as on this site! See ya’ll! I’ll return comments this weekend!!

Where has all the time gone?

Wow, I can’t believe I haven’t blogged in over two weeks. Where has all the time gone? I have absolutely no idea. Well, today is your typical Wednesday and I will soon (as in after I blog) get ready for my last night class. Tonight, I take my Math final. Fun. I have it worked out that I need to score a 63 on my final to have a 4.0 (A) in my class. All of my test scores have been a 100 or an A. I have the highest average which really gives me a confidence boost which will last up until right before the test when I’ll start freaking out. Lol. I always worry over tests, must be my nature.

I have alot of work to do in my other classes as well. I finally took the time to make out a to-do list for myself. I have another graduation test to take for my Microcomputer Specialist degree. I already took my Web Design graduation test and scored a 92.75 which equals a 93 (an A). I’m really excited. I’m so ready to graduate. I have until the 13th to submit my Visual Basic work and until the 15th to submit all my CGI/Perl work. I can do this.

Man, I just started freaking out because my computer’s date was set to the 8th which made me think it was Thursday and if it’s Thursday that means I missed my Math final!! That really scared me for a second there. Anyways, I just thought I’d blog really quick to give ya’ll an update. I’m re-vamping my site big time. I have some big plans and I can’t decide on how I want to do my next layout. I have two potential layouts, one is Springy/Summerish and the other one is Ashley Parker Angel which I love his song “Let U Go” so I guess we’ll see which one I use. I am thinking about doing away with the theme switcher as well until one works properly for the new WP. And thanks for the Spam suggestions. I took Miranda’s advice and enabled Akismet which has caught all the spam so far. Hooray. Well, I better go before I’m late. Wish me luck!!

EDIT: Thanks to Willow for reminding me about my sidebar theme switcher thinger. When upgrading, I never deleted the Default and Classic themes for WP so I went ahead and did that. I’ll blog more later but I just thought I’d edit the last blog to point that out. Thanks.
