L to the A

Filed: daily life

A while back I wrote about how I needed to get out and see more of the world. A place I really want to visit is Los Angeles. I know, how cliché, right? That’s on the cliché-o-meter right next to New York City but these are awesome places to see a wide variety of different cultures since there are a lot of different people in Los Angeles and I surely wouldn’t mind running into some movie stars. Lol. I really want to experience some of the fine dining places since I personally love to cook and another one of my must-do’s would be to visit all the shopping places. Rodeo Drive, baby! I have a cousin that lives around Los Angeles in a small apartment who would be a great tour guide. So it looks like all I need to do is to look up some Los Angeles Hotels, give my cousin a call, and get on out there!

I know some people are wondering why LA? I’ve been told time and time again LA isn’t much to see but that’s not the point. I’m a small-town girl that’s never been anywhere bigger than Atlanta. I’d like to see different places even if it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. It’s about the experience, not the place. I want to travel loads of places and meet loads of new people from different places!

Back In The Game

Filed: daily life

I am excited to note, I am back in the game. The game of blogging for money. For the past two weeks or so, I’ve been kind of lazy and not really in the mood to blog at all never the less for adverts. So today, I decided I’m gonna take three opps and blog about them and try to do that every day because I really want a laptop! So today I’ve done 2/3 and it’s making me feel a whole lot better because I can concentrate on the potential money instead of all this crap going on around me. I do have a lot to blog about and just so I don’t forget, here’s the list:

  • Me + Court = No More
  • New haircut!
  • Shopping!
  • Mike = asshole
  • My new outlook on guys and life
  • My amazing family!
  • So there we go. I have my to-blog about list. Lol. I also am working on a new theme so hopefully I’ll have all that accomplished soon! Until then, later gator.

    Dating, a tricky subject.

    Filed: review

I come from a very small town and finding a date is really hard to do and most guys around here are not my type which led me to dabble in online dating a while back. I had met this guy, Daniel, and we chatted for a couple of months. He was so sweet and I can remember the first time he called me; man did he have a hot voice. We even chatted over web cam once or twice and he was cute, funny, and intelligent. Hell, he was the total deal!

We decided that the talking on the phone, IMing, and everything else was just not enough so we took the big step of meeting in person for a date. He came to my house to pick me up because that was the gentleman thing to do. Since we lived a good hour and a half a part he wanted to take me to Kennesaw for our date. I can remember how nervous I was the whole ride down and to make me more comfortable, we took my friends Jason and Amanda. Oh man, that was the biggest mistake! Daniel and I would probably have worked out really well if it hadn’t been for those two. Sadly, the date ended and I think I was too busy playing damage control with my two friends and didn’t have enough time to talk to Daniel as much as I would have. I can say this though, he’s a very sweet guy and sometimes I wish things did work out because he was so much fun to be around and his car was hot! Lol.

Now, there are online dating sites popping up left and right. FriendFinder is one of those and actually the one I met Daniel on which is kind of ironic. It is so easy to use and they make it easier to meet people in your area with the same interests. You never know what kind of men you are going to find unless you look and sometimes online dating is a great ice breaker to get yourself out there meeting other men. No one says you have to meet a ton of guys in person but sometimes, making conversation is the best way to get more comfortable with the opposite sex and then you can move on to meeting other guys in your area and FriendFinder is a great way to start!

    Link Exchanges For Opinionated

    Filed: sitely

I was wondering if anyone wanted to exchange links with my newest site, Opinionated? It’s a review site that features my opinions on tons of different products as well as a meme thrown in here and there. So if so, let me know! I’ll exchange with almost any site since I’m wanting to build up my ranking!

    Fleas, little annoyances!

    Filed: review

Summertime in Georgia always presents a serious problem, fleas! Every time we go out in our front yard, we all notice fleas on our legs. It’s awful. The really bad thing is Jack loves to go outside and Boo Boo (out inside/outside cat) comes in and out throughout the day. We need to get something for cat flea control because we don’t need fleas in our house even though we get our house sprayed for fleas/bugs/etc. every month since my mom is bug-paranoid. We’re not too worried about Jack since we have him a flea collar but haven’t been able to get Boo Boo one yet but since we’re going to the vet today I guess we will get him one! So to all my readers, do you have flea problems where you live? I found this site that lists a lot of helpful tips when it comes to fleas including how to avoid fleas. You should check out fleascontrol.com because even if you have a bite and are not sure if it’s a flea bite or not, they have pictures to compare with. To me, the site is very informative since fleas are a big problem in Georgia!
