No More Summer…

There is only one day left of summer for kids here. I think I might actually miss my brother and sisters during the day since now my days will be filled with silence rather than “Katie…” every five seconds. Haha. So today we’re headed to the mall and maybe to Calhoun for the outlet malls. Calhoun has tons of stores and my fave would have to be the Old Navy outlet! Lucky for my mom though, is that she bought most of my siblings clothes during the summer when they were on sale so they are pretty set. With school being back in session it means it is football season again! My brother is playing but Selena is not cheer leading this year. She decided she’d rather take Hot Shots which is a local competition cheer leading team that helps the girls learn tumbling and such. I really think she just wants to do gymnastics but we’ll see since I am the one that gets to run them here, there, and everywhere!!

I broke my keyboard. The other night my throat was hurting really bad so I got a popsicle and then didn’t want it so it melted and when I went to throw it away, it dropped on my shift key. So now my shift key is all slow. I guess I will get me a new keyboard when we’re out and about because using caps lock is getting annoying. I know I have another shift key on my keyboard but I am not accustomed to using that one. Grrrrr!

So anyways, I’m off to the wonderful world of retail therapy!! By the way, I am still not over my cold but I am getting there at least. Later gator.

I’m done!!

It’s official, I am done with this semester even though it does not end until September! I turned in all of my work and went today to take three timed typings. I typed 83 WPM. Woohoo, go me and my speedy fingers! Lol. Okay that so sounded perverted but get your mind out of the gutter people! Lol. Today has been a pretty good day despite still being sick but why end a blog on a bad note!? So I won’t talk about anything depressing or bad. Can you tell I’m a little hyper and scatterbrained today again? It must be the sickness! Weird, eh? Anyways, I’m gonna get off of here and go get some stuff done on other sites. So ciao.

Jack loves accessories!

When it comes to my pets, I never can spoil them enough. Take Jack for instance, I’ve now discovered he loves wearing little dog shirts, especially the green Hawaiian “Surf Dog” shirt but the real trouble is finding stuff for him that doesn’t look too girly. Yes I know, he’s only a dog but still, I want a tough dog! Haha. So I found a site with designer dog collars and leashes and they have loads of other dog accessories. Their dog shirts are so cute and don’t worry, they even though of the dearly beloved kitties as well. I should get a cute collar for The Skeety as if he isn’t spoiled enough already! I don’t have any real children yet so my animals are the closest thing to them!

You know what’s fun….

Late night conversations with my girls. Especially when one said girl gets “pranked” by a said guy even though the girl knows the guy is pranking her but he has no clue! Now THAT is hilarious!!! <3333

Baby Shower

One of the things I’m most excited about my cousin’s upcoming baby shower is picking out the baby shower decorations! I love party planning and you know decorations are a must!! I guess that’s just the inner party planner inside me screaming to organize and throw a really awesome baby shower to show my cousin that I’ve missed her. She’s been living out of state for a while now but she’ll be here for two weeks in which the shower will be thrown. We’re unsure of the sex of the baby so we’re going “Noah’s Ark” theme since that’s what she did the nursery in already! So you can see the decorations below. So hopefully this shower is going to go smoothly! All that’s left is to send out all invites and get all the plans settled and finalized! I’m excited!!
